When will I receive my tracking number?

Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive shipping confirmation within 2-4 business days from the day the order was placed. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. At this time we only offer USPS Priority Mail to domestic, USA customers. If you notice that you still did not receive your tracking number email, please contact us. 

Correct Order Information?

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

Correct Shipping Information?
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us, ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend or holiday, allow normal business days for us to receive your information (1-3 days). Please contact us, we will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Refuse package?
We hope you love your package enough to accept it. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ForeverMi.Co mail carriers, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

Delivered, but no package?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office, United States Postal Service directly. Please check all mailboxes or doorways and ask others who live at your resident. We do ask that you contact us to file a complaint on the carrier if suspected your package was stolen. Forever Mi Co. DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We hope you locate your package and rest a sure.

Order delayed due to weather or holiday?

It is natural for our country to experience uncertain weather or disasters. Also holidays can cause for shipping to become delayed due to high demand. We will do our best to send a blast email, text or social media post to notify customers of the delay. We ask that you please be patient and understand we are all doing our best to ensure you receive your package soon. 

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at our customer service email to dispute within 48 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
items cannot be returned, Forever Mi products are made with Natural + Organic ingredients which make them perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and all personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
