Natural + Organic herbs do not have preservatives, this means it is fresh and should be used within 1 year or less. Keep tea in light protecting packaging until ready to use.

Instructions: (See tea packaging label)

Place tea sachet in 2 cups of boiling water
Steep for 3-5 minutes
Add honey or lemon and enjoy
